The problem is not about personal hygiene but about poverty and mismanagement

If India can work out its corruption and poverty and the VIP culture
No Indian who can afford a bathroom with running water , would do without a bath.
India is dirty because poor people who dont have a home are forced to sleep on the streets amidst the thrash with rats running all over them
